Shopping with Pressed by Epiphany

These terms apply to purchases from Pressed by Epiphany, together with our shipping and return policies. Please read the product description and confirm your selected options before paying.

Custom-order approval & payment

Custom sets are individually quoted. Send me your sizing information, inspiration photos, preferred shape, length, and colors through our contact page or official social accounts. I will confirm the agreed design, measurements, total price, applicable shipping charges and taxes, and an estimated ship date before you pay. A request or conversation alone does not reserve production time.

Full payment through the Shopify invoice is required before production begins. Any requested changes after approval may affect price and timing and must be agreed separately. We do not charge for additional work without your agreement. Customer-requested cancellations are not accepted after production starts, except where required by law.

Sizing & handmade designs

Review our sizing guide and provide accurate measurements for both hands. Ask for help before approving your order if anything is unclear. If a set is made to incorrectly supplied customer measurements, a replacement may require a new paid order. We remain responsible for our own errors.

Inspiration photos guide the design; handmade sets are not guaranteed to be exact replicas. Materials, placement, and screen colors can vary slightly. Any significant substitution requires your approval. These statements do not exclude remedies for defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

Prices, availability & errors

The price on your checkout or agreed custom invoice is the amount to review before purchase. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown before payment. If a material listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you rather than charge an increased amount without consent; if we cannot fulfill the order, we will refund the payment.

Product use

Follow any supplied application and removal instructions and the adhesive manufacturer’s directions. Do not use products in a way inconsistent with those instructions. Wear time varies with preparation, adhesive, care, and daily activities; a specific wear duration is not guaranteed.

Photos & privacy

Submit only photos you are entitled to share and avoid including unnecessary personal information. Sizing and inspiration images are used to discuss and fulfill your request. Permission to use identifiable customer photos publicly will be requested separately. See our privacy policy for information about personal data.

Order problems & your rights

Our return and refund policy and shipping policy explain returns, delivery issues, and delays. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Updates to these terms do not retroactively change an accepted order without agreement.
