Returns, refunds & custom orders

Pressed by Epiphany press-on nails are personal-use products. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including changes in style preference or an incorrect size selected or supplied by the customer. Please check the sizing guide and contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

Custom sets
Custom designs, sizing, price, and an estimated ship date must be agreed with me before payment. Payment is due before production begins. Once production has started, we do not accept customer-requested cancellations or design changes, except where required by law. If you need to cancel before production starts, contact us promptly so we can confirm the order status.

Sizing and handmade details
Customers must provide accurate measurements and approve the agreed size, shape, length, colors, and design. If we make the set to the measurements you supplied but it does not fit, a replacement may require a new paid order. If we make an error, contact us so we can put it right. Handmade details and screen colors may vary slightly; this does not excuse an item that is defective or materially different from what was agreed.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please contact us promptly after delivery with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the nails and packaging. Keep the items and packaging while we review the issue. We will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund, according to the circumstances and applicable law. Do not send items back without contacting us for instructions.

Shipping delays and unfulfilled orders
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a refund as required by law.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
