Processing & shipping

In-stock nail sets ship within 1–3 business days after payment. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Custom sets

Custom nails are made for you. Production time depends on the agreed design, materials, and current workload. Before payment, I will confirm your design, measurements, total price, shipping charges, and an estimated ship date. Production begins after payment and approval of the required details.

If an order includes in-stock and custom items, we will confirm whether they ship together or separately and any additional shipping charge before payment.

Delivery

Available destinations, shipping options, and charges are shown at checkout or on your custom-order invoice. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Tracking will be provided when available.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address before paying. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address supplied by the customer, any additional shipping cost will be confirmed before resending.

Delays, loss, or damage

If we cannot ship within our promised timeframe, we will notify you of a revised date and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund as required by law. If tracking stalls, a package is missing, or your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Keep damaged items and packaging while we review the issue.
